KRyS Global Expands to the Far East

Hong Kong becomes KRyS Global’s eighth office, expanding the Firm’s global coverage and presence in the largest offshore financial centers of the world.

The Hong Kong office, including a Shanghai presence, will be overseen by Bruno Arboit and provide cross border insolvency, restructuring, forensic accounting and litigation support services for Asia based clients with links to the Caribbean.

Having been based in Hong Kong for over 18 years, Bruno is considered one of the preeminent insolvency practitioners in the region and leads a team of experienced financial services professionals. Bruno will continue to manage and operate Zolfo Cooper Hong Kong.

For the KRyS Global Caribbean offices, having the resources in place in Asia is critical.  It is estimated that approximately 80% of BVI entities originate from Asia, and while a lesser number are sourced from the region to Cayman Islands and Bermuda, they still represent a significant amount of the business.

Identifying a person with Bruno’s wealth of Asian experience and reputation and calibre was paramount for KRyS Global. The ability to provide our clients with seamless, innovative and sound expertise in both Asia and the Caribbean allows us to give unparalleled service to clients.

Those with cross-border insolvency, restructuring, forensic accounting or litigation support service enquiries involving Asia and the Caribbean should contact Bruno Arboit at, or our Caribbean based managing directors, whose details appear at
