Jonathan Ong approved as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in Singapore

Jonathan, Director of KRyS Global’s Singapore Office has been approved by the Ministry of Law as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in Singapore under Part 3 Division 3 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018) (“IRDA”).

The approval as a licensed Insolvency Practitioner permits the license holder to undertake insolvency appointments in:

Judicial Management
Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and Court Liquidation
Receivership
Private Trustees and Voluntary Arrangement

The Founder and Executive Chairman, Mr. Krys, said “KRyS Global opened its Singapore office in August 2018 to facilitate and assist current and potential clients in the Southeast Asia Region. We are delighted that Jonathan has now being approved by the Ministry of Law as a licensed Insolvency Practitioner in Singapore under the IRDA.
