Kieran McCarthy is a Director of KRyS Global’s Guernsey Office. Previously a Co-Founder and Partner in Baker Tilly Dublin leading both the Insolvency and Audit divisions, Kieran has over twenty years’ experience in insolvency administrations, corporate restructuring and consulting to companies in financial distress.
Kieran has assisted hundreds of companies, through finding innovative solutions to their financial problems. He has also acted for various financial institutions in both informal restructurings and as receiver in formal appointments. Kieran’s calm demeanor and integrity have assisted him in acting in the role of Consigliere (trusted advisor) where an owner needs a confidante to talk to, to bounce things off or to simply vent and let off steam when necessary.
Education
Kieran McCarthy is Certified Public Accountant of Ireland and is a qualified member of the Irish Tax Institute and has a Diploma in Company Direction/ Governance.
