Since arriving in Bermuda, Emily has assumed several roles with KRyS Global. She was seconded to the Official Receiver’s Office for more than 4 years in which she managed the liquidation and bankruptcy cases on behalf of the Official Receiver and oversaw the insolvency compliance division. She has also been active in several global fraud investigation and insolvency engagements with the Firm in the areas of insurance and investments funds. Prior to Bermuda, Emily had more than 13 years assisting on insolvency matters in the Southeast Asia (particularly Hong Kong).
Being fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English provides Emily with a competitive edge in facilitating the business and cultural aspects of liquidation engagements driving from Asia. Apart from being a fellow member of the ACCA, Emily has a Masters in Insolvency Law from Nottingham Trent University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the University of Westminster. Not limited by these assets, she is diligent and energetic, keen to provide clients with the appropriate resolution to address their needs. It is not surprising that Emily is a go-to person within the Firm for critical issues.
